- Full payment is upfront.
- Payment via PayPal only.
- No refunds unless I can't finish your commission.
- Once you send me the screenshots / references and info I will start working on your sketch.
- All edits must be made in the sketch phase, but I will be able to make minor changes (e.g. for colors / details) later.
- It usually takes me around 2-4 weeks to finish commissions.
(can vary depending on type of comm)
- All commissions are for personal use only.
- I reserve myself the right to post commissions to my social media & website,
unless you ask me not to.
- This is an LGBTQIA+ safe space. ♡
- Characters DON'T need to be from Guild Wars 2. :)
- I also take requests for portraits of real people - prices and info is the same as for 'characters'.
Contact
If you decide to contact me, please look at the General Info / ToS, pricing and examples first. Then send me the following information:
- Type of commission (Sketch, colored etc. / Head shot, half body etc.)
Depending on the type of commission:
- Background (mono color, gradient, rough, etc.)
- Notes on expression, pose, details
- Eventually your wishes for lighting & mood
- Screenshots of your character(s) (with high graphic settings on
& from multiple angles; in GW2: preferably taken at Aesthetician NPC)
- Besides this, you can include any info or references that you think will help me.
- If my offered options don't match your request, you can still
send me an email and maybe we can find a solution! :)
